Week in Review
Happy Friday! I hope you had a great week! Today I’m going to try something new. On Friday’s, I’m going to blog about our week. This will be a chance to get to know me, hear my heart and see what we’ve been up to during the week. Wes’ favorite part of the week was…
SWINGING! He spent a lot of time swinging this week!
Troy’s favorite part of the week was…
Swimming at Grandpa’s house! He loves the water and often goes back and forth between the pool and hot tub. I can’t quite understand why he would want to go in the hot tub in 90* weather, but oh well!
My favorite part of the week was…
Watching Troy fall asleep on the couch and then Wes giving him a kiss! It was PRECIOUS!
I’m praying for…
our house to sell! It’s still on the market and it’s getting harder and harder to wait. I think it’s such a beautiful home with so much character so I’m praying for the right buyer to come along soon. I know God has a perfect plan, and I am learning a lot about trusting and waiting for His plan to unfold.
My favorite verse this week…
“Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor serving the Lord. Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.” Romans 12:11-12
Our favorite meal this week…
Chipotle Corn Chicken! It was delicious and we even had leftovers! If you need an easy, crockpot recipe, you’ve gotta try this out! Check out Mix & Match Mama’s blog for the recipe.
