30 Flower Crafts for Kids

by Angela Thayer 8 Comments

Spring is here and soon we’ll see green grass and flowers popping up everywhere! I am SO ready for that. Today, I want to share a couple of my flower crafts and 28 other flower crafts from some really great blogs.

30 Flower Crafts for Kids

Pool Noodle Flowers

Pool Noodle Flowers Craft

We made this flower craft to brighten up our school room. It is so easy and fun for preschoolers. Here’s what you need:

  • pool noodle
  • pipe cleaners
  • wooden dowel
  • pom poms
  • styrofoam block covered in green tissue paper

To start, cut the pool noodle into 1-2 inch pieces. I used a knife and it was easy to cut. Then wrap a pipe cleaner around a wooden dowel rod. I helped me preschooler, as you can see in the picture below.

Next, poke the dowel into the pool noodle. Then stick a pom pom into the center. Finally, poke the flowers into the styrofoam wrapped in green tissue paper to complete your colorful garden!

Stamping Flowers with Pencils

Stamping Flowers with Pencils!

For this activity just take 7 pencils and wrap them a rubber band around them. Then dip them onto a stamp pad and then stamp your paper. Its really easy and makes pretty art!
