The holidays are an amazing time of year, but it’s also a stressful time! The Best Calm Down Toys
These are great for a mess-free sensory experience. It’s mesmorizing watching the sensory tubes! They are great for children who are anxious or upset.

This breathing sphere can be an anchor for mindful breathing to help children focus their thoughts or to calm them down.
Hold the ball in front of your belly and take a deep breath in while expanding the ball. Then exhale slowly while contracting the sphere.

I have some of the items I see here in my Peace Corner, but I have to replace them every so often because of destructuve little ones.
