Groundhog Day Activities
Will the groundhog see his shadow this year? I guess we’ll find out on February 2nd! This is a cute little holiday that doesn’t get much attention, but it’s still fun to do something on Groundhog Day!
Use this groundhog mask for encouraging dramatic play and fun in your classroom! I think it’s adorable!
Groundhog Mask
Here’s how to make the groundhog mask:
- Download this printable –> Groundhog Mask
- Print it on cardstock paper.
- Cut it out and make holes for the eyes.
- Measure your child’s head with elastic.
- Staple the elastic to the sides of the mask.
Then see how cute they look with it on! I promise he is smiling underneath the mask!
