There’s Not Enough Time in a Day…

by Angela Thayer 2 Comments

I don’t know about you, but lately I feel like there’s not enough time in a day to accomplish it all! Life with a newborn is exhausting. We have a good baby, which is awesome! But nursing every two hours, changing lots of diapers, rocking, soothing, and caring for a newborn is a lot! Add in two busy big boys and it’s a recipe for exhaustion.

Whew! Lincoln is 5 weeks old. We aren’t on a very consistent schedule yet, but thankfully he got his days and nights turned back around. We are so in love with this sweet little man!

Today I had plans to write a blog post of an activity we did on apples. But alas, I spent all day holding Lincoln and caring for the big boys.

Time goes by too fast. As I get older I am reminded more and more of how fast time goes. I want to enjoy each day. And in the midst of it all be thankful for each and every blessing and trial. So for now, I will just soak up these newborn days and blog when I can.

Thank you for reading along and for understanding!!

The photos were taken by my talented friend at Katie Evans Photography. I loved how she captured these sweet newborn moments!

You are a smart mama! You’ll never look back and think, “I should have blogged more.” Kiss and hold that sweet little man as much as you can! I love the pictures by the way! He’s adorable. : )
