Teachers have the tricky job of keeping their students focused and learning, while there are added distractions and extra activities this time of year. Breathing Sphere
This breathing sphere can be an anchor for mindful breathing to help children focus their thoughts or to calm them down.
Hold the ball in front of your belly and take a deep breath in while expanding the ball. Then exhale slowly while contracting the sphere.
