Here’s how it works:
- To start, open the PDF in Adobe Reader, which is free. You must use Adobe Reader, not Adobe Pro or Adobe XL.
- Type in the blue boxes. (These will print clear, not blue.)
- Print the pages.
- Bind the pages or place them in a 3-ring-binder.
- Save the PDF to your computer. It’s important to note that this PDF will not save to a tablet or phone.
- Use the editable teacher planner as many times as you’d like!

I’m sorry, but the dates/year are not editable. This calendar is just for 2016-2017.
