Jelly Bean Math

Here's my confession: I love Starburst Jelly Beans! They are my favorite candy this time of year. So, I had to pick up a bag the other day. We decided to do some math activities with these jelly beans. First, we counted them. Easter Art Project

Easter is coming up so today I'm sharing how to make a simple cross craft for Easter. Here what you'll need: canvas paint tape marbles To begin, take your canvas and put tape on it in the shape of a cross. Then get your paint ready. To make clean up easy, I just used a recycled egg carton. We put red, yellow, and blue paint in it and mixed a couple colors together to make purple and green. This was a great art lesson for Troy! Easter Sensory Tub

Hey all! Today I'm sharing our Easter sensory tub. It explores the sense of touch, sense of hearing, and even snack time! I didn't put a lot in this tub, but inside each egg there's a little surprise! Before opening the eggs, I had Troy shake it and try to guess what was inside. I gave him a few clues.
