5 Little Ladybugs {Song & Fingerplay}

To wrap up our week on ladybugs, I wanted to share with you a fun ladybug song and fingerplay! My son and I made up this song together, and it is similar to one of his favorite songs (5 Little Monkeys Swinging in a Tree). Last week I shared 5 bunny chants with you all. Today, I have 5 baby chick songs and chants to share with you! Water Xylophone

Today I'm sharing a quick and fun activity you can do with your little ones. We're exploring sound with a water xylophone.  Here's what you need: Glass bottles (mason jars or Snapple bottles) Water Food Coloring Stick or something to hit the bottles Fill the bottles with different levels of water. Making a Musical Instrument

With just a few supplies from the kitchen, you can make a creative musical instrument. First, you'll need some items from your pantry. We used rice, beans, sprinkles, and pumpkin seeds.
